Ingredients of Chicken and Cauliflower Rice Bowl

2 large chicken breasts, diced
4 cups cauliflower rice (store-bought or homemade)
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions for making of Chicken and Cauliflower Rice Bowl:

Prepare the Chicken:

Season the diced chicken breasts with paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.


Cook the Chicken:

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the seasoned chicken and cook until fully cooked and browned, about 6-8 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
