Ingredients of Brownies
1 cup (225g) unsalted butter
2 cups (400g) granulated sugar
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
1 cup (80g) unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup (175g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions for making:
Preheat and Prepare: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan and line it with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal.
Melt Butter: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Stir in the sugar while the butter is still warm, allowing the sugar to dissolve slightly.
Mix Wet Ingredients: Add the eggs, one at a time, whisking well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract until smooth.
Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
Add Chocolate Chips: Fold in the chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the batter.
Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it out evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Cool and Serve: Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before lifting them out using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares and enjoy!
These brownies are rich, fudgy, and perfect for satisfying any chocolate craving.
